 Verve Group offering aligns with first Consumer Duty deadline

An e-learning module on Consumer Duty aimed at advisers has been opened today (31 October) by The Art of Finance.

The offering from the training arm of financial services firm Verve Group aligns with the first deadline of the Consumer Duty calendar today. The module is aimed at supporting advisers through implementation to their business and looks at the processes and procedures required. According to Verve Group, the learning outcomes of the module are to understand what Consumer Duty is, be able to explain the consumer principle, cross-cutting rules and outcomes, to monitor the implementation and success in a learner's own firm, and to discuss the implications of implementation on firm culture....
