The tide has continued to turn with the British Steel redress scheme this week, with the regulator coming out to say it will fight court action taken by a group of protesting advisory firms.

The case against the Financial Conduct Authority's redress scheme - announced in late November for the former members of the British Steel Pension Scheme - has been brought by members of the British Steel Action Group and its solicitors FS Law.
