Businesses can often be concerned at the prospect of shareholders wanting to exit the business, believing that it will be a minefield. This can be a particularly pertinent issue for IFAs as they tend to be small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), who are worried that due to their size it will create issues that will result in conflict.
