Lumin Wealth expands portfolio with The Big Picture Wealth Management

St. Albans-based advice Lumin Wealth has acquired The Big Picture Wealth Management, a financial advice firm headquartered in Essex.

The acquisition is expected to bolster Lumin Wealth's assets under management by about £85m and marks its sixth acquisition since 2019. Lumin Group managing director Martin Cotter said: "We are delighted to welcome Ian Sedgwick and Jonathan Clark and their support team to Lumin Wealth. "Their high levels of personal and business integrity and ethos of putting clients' interests first will perfectly complement our existing culture here at Lumin.
