It’s been one of those weeks… again!

Three of our most-read stories were about advice firms being bought or selling up. Yesterday, it was private equity-backed Cooper Parry Wealth acquiring advisory rival Haines Watts London. That business in question has tripled in size in the last 12 months alone since it struck a deal with Dutch giant Waterland Private Equity. It's go big or go home when it comes to the Netherlands and finance, so it will be interesting to see whether Cooper Barry Wealth can keep its upward trajectory strong.
