Advisers are being encouraged to prioritise the psychological aspect of client relationships as trust is the “most important thing in financial planning,” according to Wronksi Wealth Management financial adviser Harriet Compton.
Speaking on a Personal Finance Society webinar - What it's like managing and protecting clients' money: What does a financial adviser actually do, and why? - Compton highlighted the role of trust and client-focused approach in her profession.
