This year's Intelliflo conference resulted in some attention-grabbing headlines.

First up, our most-read news story of the week quoting chief executive Nick Eatock. He told attendees that a gap in the client advice journey is a crucial issue the industry must look to address by better engaging with technology and digital-first solutions. Speaking at the tech firm's Innovate 2024 conference on 4 June, Eatock said an "advice journey gap" now existed alongside the more often discussed issue of the advice gap.
