Fintel acquires adviser support service Threesixty from Abrdn

ThreeSixty has deals with 900 advice and wealth management firms

Fintel, the parent company of SimplyBiz and Defaqto, has today (28 June) conditionally agreed to acquire provider of compliance and business support service Threesixty Services from Abrdn.

The compliance provider offers support to over 900 IFAs and wealth management firms. Fintel joint chief executive Neil Stevens said: "We believe that Fintel is the natural home for the Threesixty team and clients. "We have been committed to supporting professional advice firms for over 20 years, and our group aims to operate the strongest independent brands and most prestigious services, software and data offerings in the market." The deal, which is for an undisclosed fee, means Fintel's portfolio of advice support companies has grown further following its buyout of adviser listing...
