Milecross Financial closes out 2024 with fourth IFA acquisition

Bought Buckinghamshire-based The Martin Cliffe Practice

National advice firm Milecross Financial has bought Buckinghamshire-based The Martin Cliffe Practice (TMCP) in its fourth acquisition deal of 2024.

TMCP is based in Milton Keynes and has about 650 clients with £80m of client funds. It provides comprehensive financial planning solutions and has experience in complex investment. Its team of four advisers and three administrators will join Milecross. Milecross chief commercial officer Chris Thorndycraft said the deal closed out a "stellar year" for the business.  "TMCP is a highly reputable practice with a team that shares the Milecross commitment to superb client service.
