The number of advisers using social media professionally is on the rise. But not everyone is using it to their best advantage, argues Phil Bray

I've been thinking about social media more than usual this week. Firstly, I was interested to read the results of Intelliflo's recent social media survey. Secondly, I've had several very interesting conversations about what constitutes effective use of social media.
