The era of predictable unpredictability is not going to go away. That was the headline of a recent article I read surmising the pandemic era we are now living in. The truth is, that is exactly how I feel about 2022. It's almost impossible to make an educated guess about the outlook because growth, jobs and inflation are all tied heavily to the threat of the pandemic.
