Government unveils 'PensionTube' to aid retirement understanding

The government has launched an online hub within video sharing site YouTube in a bid to aid consumers' understanding of pensions.

PensionTube brings together content from the government and independent sources that will eventually cover the entire retirement landscape while avoiding "confusing" pensions jargon, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) said. It forms part of a three-pronged initiative by the government to increase resource and support to consumers ahead of the launch of free retirement guidance next April.
