Boycie backs Burdett and Potter's round-Britain charity drive

BMO GAM co-heads of multi-manager Rob Burdett and Gary Potter have embarked on their much-anticipated tour of Britain in a '98 Reliant Robin in aid of asset management initiative CASCAID and Cancer Research UK.

The pair were given the green light at Chichester - an appropriate starting point, they believed, because it is the home of the Goodwood Revival festival celebrating retro motor-racing vehicles. From there, they travel clockwise, stopping at 17 more locations before completing their journey back where it began. In addition to the backing of hundreds of generous sponsors, which means they are already well on their way to passing their £150,000 target, Burdett and Potter have received a message of support from Only Fools and Horses stalwart Boycie, who perhaps recognised the vehicle as one...
