Edmund Downes, Norwich Union: No, we don't have the full level of detail yet. To be an auto-enrolment scheme, the scheme must be Qualifying (i.e. have the correct level of contributions being made) and be able to follow the auto-enrolment process. This realistically means that it should probably have electronic joining or a very slick alternative, unless the employer is willing to pay more so that the total contribution is at least 11% of banded earnings.
