With the increase in government guidelines on diet, drinking and smoking, more and more people are taking on board the message to tackle their health head on and not wait until the need arises. We are being urged to give up smoking, exercise more and watch our diet, while being asked to take control of our own health by having regular check-ups and annual wellbeing screenings.
