To build a great business you need to add real value for your customers. In financial advice there are two specific parts of the process that clients perceive to be hugely value added. The first is when they receive the initial strategic advice that addresses their major issues and provides a road map for the future. The second occurs when they get that initial advice updated at subsequent review meetings.
