In a blog on the Telegraph website, Ian Cowie warned readers about the 'Silence of the Financial Advisers' after Retail Distribution Review (RDR) implementation. The focus of his piece was on trail commission which, although banned on recommendations made from next year, will still be payable on funds already invested as long as no further advice is given.
