WHO IS BOB CRABBE? After joining the Royal Navy at 16 and, later, becoming a field engineer, Bob joined Pearl Assurance as an agent in 1993, allowing him to relocate back to the South West where he had grown up. After two years, Bob moved to the customer division of Standard Life and, later, joined RSA. This took him onto a decade-long stint as an IFA and compliance superviser with Chantry, which was followed by a role at national IFA Positive Solutions.
