Claire Trott gives advisers some technical pointers on death benefit changes
The initial announcements in September 2014 on the death benefit changes were received with disbelief from the adviser community. It did all seem too good to be true, but the majority of the announcements have appeared in legislation as stated, although a little more complicated in places than they possibly needed to be.
