Financial advice has been shaken by regulatory and political changes of late. Tom Ellis talks to Personal Finance Society CEO Keith Richards about how advisers are fairing these days, the return of bank advice and what plans the PFS has to further the industry
Despite the tumultuous time the advice sector has seen over the past few years, with the Retail Distribution Review (RDR), Financial Advice Market Review (FAMR) and most recently Brexit, Richards (pictured) said he was confident advisers are in fine shape. "What we're now seeing is a shift from recognised need to increased demand in people looking for advice," he said.
