With the task of transferring the Quilter Adviser School into an academy, director Chris Jones spoke to Professional Adviser on the changes he made...

Jones took over from former head Julian Hince in September 2023 and came in to specifically transform the Quilter Adviser School into the Quilter Academy. He told PA that he has "revamped" the academy to not only provide students with academic qualifications, but the people skills needed to become a financial adviser. He explained that the programme is now 13 weeks and after the qualifications, Quilter works with them after that period on a one-on-one basis.
