sales director brought in to replace andy clark abandons group after just six months

Fidelity sales director Ian Thomas has left the group after six months in the role. Fidelity is currently in the process of recruiting a replacement sales director and, in the interim, its salesforce is reporting to Stuart Holah, head of IFA sales. Thomas was brought in to replace Andy Clark, who left to to head up to DWS Investments' UK retail distribution. In a separate move, Fidelity has brought its fixed interest desk over to its London offices from its former base in Kingswood, Surrey.
