Capital requirements under Ucits 3 may put smaller asset managers in Europe in jeopardy, according to Marc Saluzzi, investment management leader at Price- waterhouseCoopers, speaking at the Alfi & Nicsa 11th Annual Europe-USA investment funds forum. Regulation concerning Ucits 3 was the key issue at the conference and the Alfi & Aima Hedge Fund Risks conference. Another area of focus was risk management in portfolio construction.
