Neil Woodford is the most popular individual fund manager amongst IFAs, according to an online survey of investment intermediaries.
More advisers than ever actively follow an individual manager, with a staggering 52% of IFAs actively following the manager, and just 16% a product provider firm. The highest proportion of both top and mid-tier intermediaries continue to follow Neil Woodford of Invesco Perpetual, who controls over £4.5bn of assets; this has been the case since the question was first asked in the winter of 2005.
