Generic advice is essential if personal accounts are to be successful, says the Resolution Foundation.
Speaking at an event hosted by the Social Market Foundation, Sue Regan, head of the Resolution Foundation, pointed out while ‘advice’ is a widely contested term she says research is very clear on what people want.
