Just Retirement to seek AIM admission

UK life assurance group Just Retirement is intending to apply for admission to AIM and to raise approximately £50m through a placing of new ordinary shares.

The proceeds raised will be used to provide capital to fund the future growth of the company and to expand its distribution capability. Just Retirement’s strategy is to continue to enhance its product offering to take advantage of growth within its core markets – annuity and equity release – and to develop new products, distribution channels and its technology platform.
