BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management is launching a strategic wealth management unit (SWM) to provide independent advice to individuals with more than £2m investable capital.

The investment group says many wealthy individuals currently face a financial dilemma, due to market volatility, and are uncertain about the best wealth management strategies. High net worth individuals therefore need expert advice, grounded in understanding asset allocation and tax efficiency, it adds. BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management says SWM works in an open way and sits on the client side of negotiations by reviewing performance and fees.
