Norwich Union is adding an extra document to its insurance applications to help consumers understand the importance of disclosure.

A simple promotional factsheet is being introduced to its insurance information packs which highlights the importance of completing insurance application forms accurately. It does so by highlighting in a separate document the paragraph on all insurance and protection application forms which stresses why it is necessary to disclose all information which could have an impact on claims.
