The CII Group has launched a new Certificate in Life and Pensions to be added to its framework of financial services qualifications.
This new qualification has been developed for administrative, technical and support staff working in typical “back-office” functions at life and pensions providers. It builds on the current introductory level qualification, the Certificate in Financial Administration, by enabling back-office staff to develop their understanding of specific products/sectors and/or the financial advice process in more depth.
