Suffolk Life was awarded Investor in Customers (IIC) accreditation for the second time today.
The SIPP provider says the award recognises the importance of customer service in light of the recent suspensions of some SIPPs due to poor service standards. Suffolk Life was the first company ever to be awarded the IIC when it was established in 2006. It says high service levels are vital for advisers and their clients, and says recent problems for some SIPP administrators highlight the need to invest in customer service.
