Standard Life unveils online web presentations

Standard Life has rolled a new webcast facility to help IFAs understand how its web tools work and explain the company's thinking on terms of products and services offered.

Launching the online presentations, Trevor Matthews, chief executive of Standard Life UK Life & Pensions and Harvey Briggs, sales development manager, detail how the life office’s Protection Online service works, highlighting aspects which the firm believes no other company currently offers. This first briefing is an indication of how Standard Life hopes to deliver online presentations in the future, says a spokesman for SL, as streamed interviews sit alongside slides which tick over in the same way as they might usually be presented at a live conference.
