AXA is considering scrapping the ongoing duty of disclosure across its protection range.
The firm says removing the requirement would make the applications process for its products simpler. Last month, Legal & General also abolished the duty, which requires consumers to notify their provider of any change to their health or circumstances before their policy starts.
