Trevor Green has been appointed manager of the equity portion of the New Star Managed Distribution fund.
Green will assume management from Toby Thompson on Monday, June 16, allowing Thompson to focus on his responsibility as manager of the Higher Income fund. Mark Skinner, managing director, New Star, said: "I am delighted to announce Trevor's appointment. Trevor has a long, proven and consistent track record and I believe the considerable experience and resource he brings to New Star will benefit investors in the Managed Distribution fund."
