FSCP calls on FSA to ensure TCF works for clients

The Financial Services Consumer Panel (FSCP) has called for the FSA to ensure that its TCF proposals are beneficial to consumers.

In its annual report examining the key FSA policy developments for consumers from April 2007 to March 2008, the FSCP commended the FSA's compliance in reassessing areas of weakness in its regulation. However, it stresses that the regulator ensures that TCF delivers positive outcomes.
