Poll: Could you work a 21 hour week?

A recent report has suggested the working week should be cut to 21 hours in order to help boost the economy.

The New Economics foundation has claimed the reduced working week would help to ease unemployment while simultaneously cutting down on the culture of overwork prevelent in the UK today. British workers put in some of the longest hours in the EU, with only Romanians and Bulgarians clocking up longer working weeks. Those in full-time jobs average 41.4 hours a week, one and a half hours more than the EU average. British workers also enjoy marginally less annual leave than the typical EU worker.
