Lighthouse appoints Roger Sanders employee benefits MD

The Lighthouse Group has appointed Roger Sanders OBE as managing director of its employee benefits division.

Sanders has over 40 years' experience in the financial services industry, and is current chairman of the financial services committee of the Insurance Institute of London, as well as a council member of the Institute. He is also a non-executive board member at the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), acting as a "public interest" director to ensure FOS is properly resourced and remains independent.
