Torquil Clark annuity service to ease OMO access

Advisory firm Torquil Clark today launched a dedicated annuity brokerage service it says could help consumers better access the open market option (OMO).

Rob Chamberlain, marketing manager for Torquil Clark, says the service, launched via its investment arm TQ Invest, is whole-of-market and specialises in enhanced and impaired annuity products. TQ Invest specialists will search the annuity market to find consumers the best deal, saying it could boost their income by up to 20%. It adds it will also help those with a history of health problems and medical conditions to find a competitive deal.
