CII offering 'virtual classrooms' in Level 4 push

Candidates working towards the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the Chartered Insurance Institute will now be able to study for their exams in "virtual classrooms".

The CII has partnered with training consultancy firm Verridian to enable candidates to interact with course tutors and take part in interactive sessions. Classes for the QCF Level 4 exams will start in September, with training typically running for six weeks and lasting for around one hour per week. The cost per R0 unit will be £185 + VAT for CII members and £210 + VAT for non-members. Simon Graham, head of learning at the CII, said: "We understand advisers have to balance the demands of running their business and the investment of time and money in studying for new qualifications. ...
