The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has charged an investment banker with insider dealing and money laundering, along with two associates.
Thomas Ammann is accused of acting contrary to section 52 of the Criminal Justice Act 1993. His associates Christina Weckwerth, who lives in Germany, has been charged with two counts of insider dealing, and Jessica Mang has been charged with one count. Ammann and Weckwerth have also been charged with one count of money laundering contrary to s327 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
