Stephen Womack, personal finance correspondent at the Financial Mail on Sunday, is to leave and become a financial adviser.
He had worked as a personal finance correspondent at the paper for 15 years. He is in the process of qualifying as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) and will work his notice until late January. He plans to mix exam study with a period of freelancing before starting on his new career full time.
