SLI's Flockhart replaces Legget on UK Equity High Alpha

Standard Life Investments (SLI) has handed its £52m UK Equity High Alpha fund to UK equity analyst Henry Flockhart, who will replace Ed Legget as lead manager on the fund.

This is the first fund Flockhart has taken on since joining SLI in late 2011 from Matterley Asset Management. At Matterley, he was assistant fund manager on the firm’s Undervalued Assets fund. Since joining SLI, Flockhart has been working as a member of the UK equity team. Last year he took on responsibility for the UK component of the £502m SLI Global Advantage fund, which is run by the group’s multi-asset team.   SLI said the manager change has been made to give Flockhart additional responsibility and free up more time for Legget (pictured) to focus on his £535m SLI UK Equity Uncons...
