Ignis adds former LVAM manager to UK equity team

Ingis Asset Management has hired Mira Bhogaita as portfolio manager on the UK equity team.

She will report directly to former colleague Graham Ashby (pictured), head of UK equities, with whom she worked at Credit Suisse Asset Management and Deutsche Asset Management, and most recently at LV= Asset Management. At LVAM Bhogaita managed the UK equity portfolio of the LV= group pension scheme from August 2009 to August 2011, while Ashby was head of UK equities. Ashby joined Ignis to run its UK Equity Income fund last March after LV= outsourced its asset management business.
