Chase de Vere registers name change on Companies House

AWD Chase de Vere has changed its name to Chase de Vere on Companies House as part of its planned rebrand by parent company Swiss Life.

The company had always said it would officially change its name on 7 May, the Tuesday after this bank holiday.  Swiss Life is also restructuring the company Europe and said when it announced the move it would look to make cost savings of as much as 160 million Swiss francs with as many as 400 job cuts in Germany and Switzerland. There were no job cuts announced in the UK. The company will now report directing into parent company Swiss Life rather than AWD.
