Woodford receives CBE in Queen's Birthday Honours list

He receives the title of Commander of the Order of the British Empire in recognition of his services to the economy. Woodford (pictured) joined Invesco Perpetual in 1988 as a fund manager on the UK equities team, later becoming head of UK equities.
