Thoresen: Insurers ‘can deliver' Osborne's pension advice promise   The insurance industry is capable of cost effectively delivering the Chancellor's ‘retirement advice for all' pledge, but passing the "impartially test" would be challenging, Otto Thoresen told MPs.
