Almary Green continues expansion with advice firm buyout

Chartered IFA firm Almary Green has bought out Jones Financial Planning for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is Norwich-based Almary Green's fifth in the past 14 years. Jones Financial Planning, based in Lowestoft, will now operate under the Almary Green brand. Five employees join Almary Green from Jones Financial Planning made up of two advisers, two administrators and a paraplanner. Managing director Carl Lamb said 12 potential deals had come across his desk over the past year, but Jones Financial Planning was the only firm which fitted in with his firm's ethos.  Lamb added that while there were no further deals currently in the pipeline he would "never say never".  ...
