Five people arrested on 3 November on suspicion of fraud relating to auto-enrolment have been bailed pending further inquiries.
The arrests were made in Derby and Nottingham as part of a joint operation between Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire police, The Pensions Regulator and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate. A sixth person, who voluntarily attended a police station and was questioned under caution, will have an appointment to return to a police station in the New Year. The arrests were part of an ongoing investigation into allegations of fraud relating to automatic enrolment.
