LV= and Key Retirement partner on retirement advice service

Deal will give clients more options

Key Retirement has joined forces with LV= to offer customers access to an automated tailored retirement advice service when they contact its annuity team.

The deal will see Key Retirement customers offered access to both, LV='s online retirement advice solution, Retirement Wizard, and the firm's qualified financial advisers for advice over the phone. The partnership builds on Key Retirement's existing relationship with LV=, which currently offers the mutual's annuity and lifetime mortgage products to its customers. LV= said it has plans to form further partnerships through its corporate solutions service, either providing access to its advice channels or supplying white-labelled digital components to help other businesses, including adv...
