VouchedFor updates financial planning app to boost adviser referrals

Referral website VouchedFor has released an update to its online financial plan app which gathers more detailed client information before passing calculations to advisers.

The update gives potential clients the chance to input a range of information which forms a ‘beta' financial plan advisers can then build on. The update is part of the firm's free financial plan offer for consumers. Previously, VouchedFor's free financial plan offer - launched in January this year - collated raw data and pushed it through to listed advisers. It said the update, which requires consumers to input information on income, assets and goals, produced a more detailed forecast for advisers to develop.
