Seneca Partners has launched the Seneca Managed Storage EIS fund, offering investors the chance to make the most of tax reliefs afforded by the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) rules.
The firm has been invested in the storage sector since 2014, working alongside the management team responsible for operating its current portfolio of storage assets. It said this team had identified the opportunity to acquire a number of freehold and/or long leasehold storage facilities to further expand the estate of storage assets it manages.
